Policies

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service priority mail and are typically received within 4-5 business days of shipment within the continental United States. Receipt of international shipments varies depending on location and/or customs and import regulations of the destination country. Upon the shipment of your order you will receive a notification email from the postal service, which will include a tracking number (USPS refers to this as a "Label Number"). Shipments may be tracked by visiting www.usps.com. Once the Postal Service confirms delivery of the package Trim Treads considers the order received by the customer. Any lost or stolen package following delivery confirmation by the Postal Service is considered a matter between you and the United States Postal Service.

Warranty:
Trim Tread's guarantees the quality of its products against defects for a period of up to six months from the time of purchase. If at any time during this six month period your shoes break or become defective simply contact our customer service department at: info@trimtreads.com or 877-651-TRIM and we will assist you in executing an exchange.

Returns/Exchanges:
Trim Tread's will accept the return or exchange of unworn product within 30 days of receipt by the customer according to tracking information provided by the US Postal Service. In the event tracking information is not available, Trim Treads will accept returns and/or exchanges within 40 days of the date of purchase for domestic customers and within 60 days of the date of purchase for international customers. In the event of a return or exchange due to customer preference, you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred as a result of the return and or exchange.

Refunds:
In the event product is returned for a refund, according to Trim Treads Return/Exchange policy, the customer will receive a refund for the total amount of product returned. Shipping and handling charges are not eligible for refund.

Refunds will be provided in the form in which payment was made. Customers paying by credit card will receive a credit to the card with which the purchase was made. Customers paying by cash, check, money order, or cashier's check will receive a refund check. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of the receipt of returned product.

Trademarks:
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, trade dress, icons and domain names (collectively "Marks") located on this Site are the property of Trim Treads, or affiliate entities, their respective licensors or other third parties. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or modify the Marks of Trim Treads or affiliate entities in any way, without Trim Treads' prior express written consent. The use of any of the Marks on any other website or network computer environment, for example the storage or reproduction of the Site (or any part of) in any external internet site is prohibited, without the express written consent of Trim Treads.

Privacy:
Trim Treads does not sell or share customer information with any party for any reason.
